We did have a lovely Christmas, and I hope you did too. Yes ... 80 degrees. It is a whole different culture down here. We sat outside on our back porch and played backgammon, drinking iced tea.
I know that sounds wonderful, and we are very thankful that we did not have to fight the cold and snow, but we miss it that one day a year.

My son has been a Mets fan for as long as I can remember -- I think Mike Piazza being his favorite player had something to do with it! Last summer my husband and he went to Shea to see the Rockies play. It was a treat for both of them, as my hubs is a big Rockies fan and Luke was in heaven seeing his Mets play in their home stadium!
